**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive sales and meet sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our unique furniture pieces.
  • Maintain store appearance by adhering to company visual standards, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Effectively multitask and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and maintain a professional store environment.
  • Provide an exceptional store experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lift and move furniture, ensuring a safe and efficient store environment.
  • Assist with rearranging furniture to create visually appealing displays.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be able to follow direction and present yourself in a professional manner.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+lbs on average, daily.
  • 1-2 years of retail and sales experience, with basic math skills.
  • Weekend availability is a must, with a flexible schedule.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Experience in social media, styling merchandise for photos, and taking/editing photographs is a plus.
