Salary Range: $35,000-$65,000

Role Responsibilities: The technician reports to salon management and is accountable for maintaining service protocols, sanitation practices, and customer relations. They inform clients about services and products, participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives, and concentrate on client retention.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid state license (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
  • Enthusiasm for waxing and the beauty industry
