Key Responsibilities

1. Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients, with the goal of exceeding client expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing client relationship management.
2. Maintain a clean and professional environment.
3. Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality service provision following all defined waxing service standards.
4. Support and protect our company culture.
5. Perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
6. Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions.

Role Scope and Complexity

The technician reports directly to the salon manager/salon lead and indirectly to all members of ownership and is accountable for all service provision. They are accountable for meeting established service protocols and customer service standards, focusing on both internal and external customers. Additionally, they are responsible for building and retaining clients through various marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Time Management Skills
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
