Job Title: El Paso Children's Hospital PICU RN Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PICU Registered Nurse to join our team at El Paso Children's Hospital. As a PICU RN, you will provide exceptional patient care to critically ill children and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
- Support the organization's vision and mission by utilizing knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care.
- Contribute to performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to utilize computers for documentation purposes.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred.
- Current RN License to practice in the State of Texas.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- NRP, PALS within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC within 1 year of hire.
