Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to manage the operations, staff, and business performance of a designated Financial Center location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, operations, and risk management, with a strong understanding of the banking industry and its regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of staff, including screening and selecting candidates, providing guidance and coaching, and establishing individual goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement the Financial Center's business plan to drive sales and service efforts, align with Consumer Business and Corporate goals and objectives, and adhere to operational risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain knowledge and network of the local community, engage individuals, local small businesses, business groups, and community organizations, and identify and research business banking opportunities.
  • Oversee the implementation of established internal operating processes and procedures, ensure adherence to all risk management and compliance initiatives and applicable regulations, and evaluate operating efficiency of the Center.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales.
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales, operations, or risk management teams.
Additional Information

This role may require registration in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. The incumbent will be notified in writing if registration is required.
