Building Maintenance Specialist

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Sun Coast Resources, LLC, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance activities to ensure the upkeep of our facilities. This includes tasks such as carpentry, painting, electrical work, and plumbing. You will also be responsible for responding to emergency situations and resolving immediate safety concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general and semiskilled maintenance activities, including carpentry, painting, electrical work, and plumbing.
Respond to emergency situations and resolve immediate safety concerns.
Clean buildings and grounds as needed to provide an effective working environment and prevent damage and/or limit liability exposure.
Transport tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment as necessary.
Requirements:
Must be local (live within 60 miles).
Valid driver's license and a good driving record (must be able to pass MVR).
Must be able to travel out of town as necessary with overnight stay.
Experience using basic power tools effectively.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to lift pounds.
Ability to bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk, reach above shoulder, and work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders, work at elevated heights, work in tight spaces.
Ability to operate Forklift, Scissor lift, Man lift & Lull.
Able to work independently.
Take great pride in your work.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal with managers and other personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
General facility maintenance experience preferred.
