Vibra Healthcare is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Ballard Rehab Hospital.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. This role will function under the guidance of a physician's order.
Requirements- A current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment is required.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required.
- One (1) year of experience is preferred, with the ability to project a professional image.
- Previous hospital experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements is essential.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills are required.
- The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant is necessary.
- A working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions is required.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace is expected.

CompensationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, education, and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59.32 per hour.
