Job Title: Physical Therapist

Concentra is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical problems.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to facilitate patient recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high-quality service and optimal patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in professional development through ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
  • Customarily a new graduate to at least five years of demonstrated experience in an orthopedic setting with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
  • Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.
