Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and provide advanced technical support to meet service demands and customer expectations.

  • Collaborate with other departmental managers to achieve company and departmental goals.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to maintain efficient departmental operations.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
  • Over 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC, with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity.
  • Post-secondary education from college, trade school, or military experience is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Technical aptitude with familiarity of local codes and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to enhance team productivity and quality of work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong conflict resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Desire for personal improvement and the ability to motivate HVAC technicians.
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements:
