Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Motor Coach Operator to join our team. As a Motor Coach Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients in motor coaches throughout our market share. You will provide smooth and timely transportation, conduct pre- and post-checks of vehicles to ensure cleanliness and maintenance, and adhere to DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and transport clients in motor coaches
  • Adhere to the Four Golden Moments of client contact
  • Welcome and greet clients, discuss amenities, confirm destination and preferred route, and thank clients for choosing RMA Worldwide
  • Follow DOT regulations and maintain travel logs and fuel vehicle records
  • Conduct safety management and passenger loading assistance
  • Perform vehicle inspections and safety checks
Requirements
  • CDL Driver's license with Air brake and Passenger Endorsements
  • Long distance driving experience
  • Effective communication and cooperation with dispatch
  • Ability to plan routes and meet schedules
  • Attending route compliance and customer service training
  • Travel required
