- Assisting customers with orders and inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and in-person visits to provide timely and accurate information regarding their orders and account status.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions: Document all customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to ensure that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner: Listen to customer concerns, empathize with their issues, and work to resolve problems in a fair and timely manner.
- Coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams: Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Providing product information and recommendations: Offer customers product information and recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
