Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Williamsburg, VA. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in need of mental health support. If you are a licensed therapist with experience working with children and adolescents, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients of all ages
  • Assess client needs and develop treatment plans to address their emotional and psychological well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health treatment
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW or LMFT or LPC-MH)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a specialty area such as play therapy or trauma-informed care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
