Job SummaryWe're seeking a creative and collaborative mental health professional to join our team. As a licensed outpatient mental health therapist, you'll be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed
- Master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university
- License to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Virginia
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
- Experience with couples and families
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
