Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the tire bay team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our members.
- Tire Bay Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the tire bay, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Tire Installation and Sales: Ensure that all tire installations and sales are completed to the highest standards, and that our members receive exceptional service.
- Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to the tire bay team, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our members receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 18 years of age; prior tire installation and sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.
- Certifications: Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
The Tire Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. The role will require standing and moving about continuously on hard surfaces, with frequent need to bend, climb, crawl, kneel, push, pull, reach, move side to side, stoop, and climb ladders/step stools.
