Position Overview:

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a skilled Financial Operations and Procurement Analyst to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable functions, manage client invoicing, conduct account analysis, and provide support to the finance department across various initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate and update monthly financial documentation while ensuring precise client invoicing.
  • Evaluate accounts receivable, determine applicable finance charges, and oversee collection efforts.
  • Support month-end closing processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Facilitate procurement activities, engage in price negotiations, and guarantee prompt delivery of products.
  • Compile vendor documentation, confirm 1099 compliance, and manage vendor accounts effectively.
  • Uphold a secure work environment, maintain confidentiality, and execute backup responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GAAP and procurement methodologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel and eager to learn new software applications.
