We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Training Consultant to support training and development initiatives for our client in Oklahoma City, OK.

Job Overview

This role requires expertise in teaching new cognitive, automated processes, and technologies, including machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and programming.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and a deep understanding of various technology tools and systems used for organizational efficiency.

The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $30-$34 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to companies and affiliates on advanced technologies including machine learning, geo-analytics, AI (natural language processing, image recognition, etc.), and automation processes.
  • Conduct training on programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, RPA software, Excel, VBA, and other automation tools.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS), HRIS, and e-learning authoring tools to deliver and track training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to manage and execute training projects. Leverage strong project management skills to deliver optimal business results.
  • Use Articulate Storyline 360 and other relevant tools to develop engaging and effective e-learning content, and conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Coach colleagues on the integration of new technologies and automations to improve organizational efficiency and customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Articulate Storyline 360 and technical training experience (experience in both in-person and virtual training).
  • 5+ years of corporate experience or 3+ years of training and facilitation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technology tools such as Microsoft Excel, automation tools, business intelligence dashboards, and AI technologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to coach colleagues on complex technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages (Python, R, SAS, VBA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of advanced AI topics such as deep learning, recurrent neural networks, and convolutional neural networks.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like RPA and the ability to teach their practical applications in business contexts.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $62,400 - $70,240.
