Job Title: Field Supervisor - Biohazard Mitigation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at Aftermath Services. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our biohazard remediation teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Job Summary:

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and participating in various biohazard remediation projects, including crime scene cleanup, trauma cleanup, and infectious disease outbreaks. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects, including crime scene cleanup, trauma cleanup, and infectious disease outbreaks.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Actively assist our team in various bioremediation to provide our clients an exceptional level of service.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • XActimate experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
