Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Critical Care Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing advanced assessment and critical thinking skills to identify and prioritize patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality within the department, identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- A current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and at least 2 years of recent experience in a Critical Care setting.
- Excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing personalized care to patients and their families.
