Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned practice(s) to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective cost control measures to optimize the utilization of staff, materials, and equipment.
  • Oversee supply inventory, ordering, and maintaining PAR levels to demonstrate fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, EMR systems, medical and billing terminology, and healthcare or hospital office settings.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, make decisions, and implement process improvements.
  • Computer proficiency and excellent customer service skills.
  • Business savvy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This role will be based in a HOPD or outpatient medical office setting, with possible multi-site travel. Prolonged periods of sitting are expected.
