Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of students, conducting consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 38 students.
  • Conduct consultations for 33 students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Monitor and document student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Texas Occupational Therapy license.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
