Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all responsibilities associated with the Client Relationship Specialist I role, showcasing commitment to customer service and relationship building.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
- Deliver a full spectrum of customer services, including account openings, product explanations, and processing of customer information for both new and existing accounts.
- Promote banking products, generate referrals, and address customer inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Ensure operational compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Develop a thorough understanding of teller operations.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service.
- Investigate and analyze data to resolve complex customer issues, answering inquiries related to accounts and transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, anticipating customer needs to effectively communicate offerings.
- Assist in the training and development of tellers and junior personal bankers, collaborating with the Retail Trainer and participating in training initiatives.
- Support and serve as a backup for the Assistant Branch Manager, Teller Manager, or Head Teller as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with the Bank's operational hours.
- Physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Basic proficiency in keyboard and computer skills.
- Competence in performing basic arithmetic operations using a calculator.
- Demonstrated business acumen and professionalism.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships across the organization, exceed customer expectations, and adapt to change.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to obtain Notary Public certification in MA.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years of experience in teller or cash handling roles with a proven record of accuracy.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
