Job Summary:

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a dynamic Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. As an Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of patients with diverse requirements and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement Occupational Therapy exercises to aid patients in regaining independence and functionality.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to devise personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Advocate for patients to ensure access to necessary resources for safe hospital discharge.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
