Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Support Coordinator to join our team at Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC. As a key member of our community support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident-related inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to resolve resident requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Assist in inspecting model homes and vacant properties to ensure they meet our high standards for presentation and quality.
  • Administer move-in lease documents and home inspections, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for residents.
  • Coordinate move-outs, pre-inspections, and final inspections to ensure accurate assessment of damages and final utility bills.
  • Monitor rental account balances and ensure accuracy of fees and rent charges in Yardi.
  • Maintain the appearance of office, amenities, model homes, and community spaces, promoting a welcoming environment for residents.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience working with computers and typical office software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
