Job Opportunity at The Depot

We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher/Prepcook to join our Culinary team at The Depot. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishes to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Help maintain a well-organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations, refrigerators, and storage areas.
  • Support the cooking team by preparing ingredients, plating dishes, and expediting food to the dining area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive, productive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
