A leading mortgage lender, The Matthew Stevens Team at Ross Mortgage, is looking for a skilled reverse mortgage specialist to join their team. As a critical member of the organization, you will be responsible for originating loans and coordinating community outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and company underwriting policies and guidelines
  • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
  • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
  • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
  • An existing book of business is a plus
  • Proficiency in reverse mortgage lending is essential
