Job Overview
The Matthew Stevens Team at Ross Mortgage seeks a skilled mortgage loan originator to join our team. As a Senior Loan Originator - Reverse Mortgages, you will originate loans and coordinate community outreach efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of state and federal regulations and company underwriting policies. The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$100,000, making it a lucrative opportunity for experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all customer interactions to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  2. Counsel borrowers on the pros and cons of different loan products.
  3. Manage a large pipeline of loans to meet production requirements.
  4. Prepare accurate and timely documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other professionals.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and company underwriting policies.
  • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software is preferred.
  • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required.
  • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
  • Have an existing book of business.
  • Knowledge of reverse mortgage lending.
