Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Inpatient

Stability Direct is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Little Ferry, New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of respiratory care principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer all forms of respiratory care and treatment to patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care to ensure optimal respiratory outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and education.
  • Perform routine surveillance and equipment inspection to ensure proper use and functioning of respiratory equipment.
  • Participate in patient care rounds and communicate effectively with nursing and other ancillary staff.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the State of New Jersey.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year.
