We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Professional to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Program Design & Planning organization, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule using MS Project and other relevant tools.
- Analyze schedule data to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics.
- Review and implement IMS coding, outlining structures, and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective plan implementation and schedule management.
- Conduct regular schedule status updates and communicate with stakeholders, including the Planning Lead, Program Manager, customers, and senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in program planning or scheduling, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan.
- Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
- Experience analyzing schedule data, including driving paths, schedule metrics, and trends, and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated understanding of product development principles, including Agile Software development.
- Ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), or similar EVMS tools and software applications.
We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $163,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
