We are seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to contribute to our Outpatient Radiation Oncology Clinic, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional radiation therapy services to our patients while utilizing cutting-edge technology.
This role involves executing a predetermined course of radiation therapy as directed, adhering to facility policies, procedures, guidelines, and established standards of professional practice. The position requires thorough assessment, care, and treatment planning tailored to our patient demographic.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$40.08 to $64.13 per hour, commensurate with experience and education
Retention Incentive:
$20,000 Retention Bonus
Relocation Support:
up to $7,500 for relocation expenses

Operate treatment and planning equipment, ensuring accurate preparation and administration of prescribed doses. Maintain thorough documentation and uphold safety standards.
Demonstrate proficiency in performing necessary procedures while adhering to established policies. Conduct quality control measurements and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed, ensuring a safe environment for all.
Uphold ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities in radiation oncology practice, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Ensure efficient workflow within the department, performing all duties in accordance with established policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Deliver exceptional service to all clients of Foundation Health by consistently demonstrating our core values.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a solid foundation in clinical care, typically acquired through an Associate degree in radiation oncology or a related field.
Applicants should be knowledgeable about clinical techniques, applications, and equipment relevant to the role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to safety, are essential.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in radiation therapy is preferred.
