Cath Lab Technologist Job Description

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in a travel position in Snellville, GA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and cardiology, with experience in handling patient diagnoses, including diagnostic cath, PCI, orbital atherectomy, IABP, Impella, and device implants.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care to adults and geriatrics, including handling patient diagnoses and procedures.
  • Work with a team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Participate in a unit system that includes Epic, Pyxis, SBAR, and Merge.
  • Float within the department and the facility as needed.
  • Participate in call requirements of 10 call days per month.
  • Work on major holidays if they fall during the assignment period.
  • Comply with all facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • GA or Compact license required.
  • BLS, ACLS, and RCIS, RCES, or ARRT CV certifications.
  • Experience with GE Discovery, IABP, Impella, and CSI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
