Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills to repair production machines.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Safety: Comply with work, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Manufacturing Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with food processing equipment experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills, including experience with PLC's and VFD's.
  • Welding Ability: Ability to weld and perform other related tasks.
  • Work Ethic and Attendance: Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance, with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally above shoulder height, and work in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from -10F to above-normal heat conditions.
