Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance duties, including interior and exterior building maintenance and repair works. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building maintenance techniques and tools, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
  • Ensure the overall maintenance of multiple Agency facilities, working to complete tasks in a timely and quality manner
  • Pick up supplies and equipment for facilities as needed
  • Work with external vendors and contractors as required
  • Monitor work to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work orders through our agency system
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or High School Equivalency
  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent standing and walking
  • Infrequent sitting
  • Frequent climbing or crawling
  • Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
