Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician

TeamHealth is seeking a skilled Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician to join our growing post-acute care team in the Asheville, North Carolina area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a cardiology advanced practice clinician (APC) for weekday rounding at our skilled nursing facility partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cardiology consults for adults in skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in cardiology and post-acute care
Requirements:
- Current North Carolina nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) license and DEA
- Preferred candidates have two (2) years of cardiology or post-acute care experience
