Job DescriptionAs a Restaurant Host and Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest flow, and ensuring that all aspects of the dining experience meet our high standards. This includes greeting guests, seating them in a timely manner, taking orders, and handling cash transactions.
You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe environment, including the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen. Additionally, you will assist servers with pre-bussing procedures, process To-Go orders, and perform side work during downtime.
