EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, manufacturing, or business administration is essential.
  • Proven experience in surpassing established KPIs.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a production context with direct management of similar processes.
  • Familiarity with structured methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is highly advantageous.
  • 5 years of experience in leading a diverse team of managers and staff, with the ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Relevant certifications in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Certified Lean Practitioner) or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) are preferred.

COMPENSATION:

CorVel employs a market-based compensation strategy, and salary ranges may differ based on location and other factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. Adjustments to salary levels may occur based on the interview assessment process.
