Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced MRI Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our MRI unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and diagnostic environment. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance patient services and improve staff performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure adequate 24-hour staff coverage
• Prepare and review work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Analyze patient care patterns and initiate quality improvement procedures to enhance patient services
• Supervise the provision of personalized, coordinated quality services responsive to changing healthcare trends
• Coordinate and establish technical care practices, using evidence-based guidelines to inform decision-making
• Participate in ongoing or ad-hoc committees to identify and resolve patient care issues
• Develop and maintain records on departmental personnel activities and processes
Requirements
• 3 years of MRI clinical experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Current BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) completed by the American Heart Association
• Current Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Radiographers) ARRT
• Board Certified in Magnetic Resonance Imaging
• Strong communication and people skills
