Apollo Capital Solutions (ACS) is seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our team in a key role responsible for driving growth initiatives and business priorities across our organization. As a key member of our Investment COO team, you will work closely with ACS leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, manage business operations, and drive innovation across our capital markets, syndication, and origination efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist ACS leadership in managing day-to-day business operations and driving progress toward firm-wide goals and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement solutions to challenging business problems, leveraging your analytical skills and expertise in capital markets and financial services.
  • Act as a transformational agent across various functions to drive change and improve business performance.
  • Support ACS leadership in evaluating and implementing strategic growth initiatives, including new geographic expansions, capital market partnerships, and distribution ecosystem development.
  • Collaborate with ACS business leaders and Apollo's strategic finance team to track key fee opportunities and monitor performance versus budget.
  • Coordinate across Apollo on projects, acting as a liaison between ACS teams and other functions, including client and product solutions, technology, finance, human capital, legal, tax, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in financial services, asset management, and/or capital markets, with a preference for corporate strategy or consulting experience in other industries.
  • Genuine interest in corporate strategy and business building within the investment management industry, with an emphasis on hands-on implementation of growth plans.
  • Excellent project management skills to facilitate and coordinate end-to-end technological and operational improvements.
  • Consummate team player with a strong desire to help optimize and grow Apollo's expanding ACS business, while helping drive day-to-day business operations.
  • Strong modeling and problem-solving skills with detail orientation and an exceptional analytical skillset.
  • Ability to manage projects and workstreams independently with acute attention to detail while keeping key stakeholders apprised of progress and status updates.
  • Desire to take initiative and ownership, with a proactive and positive attitude toward given tasks.
