We are seeking a skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at a community health center in West Burlington, Iowa. As a Primary Care Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
Job Responsibilities- Provide routine and specialized dental care to patients, including periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
- Work collaboratively with our dental team, including dentists, dental hygienists, and support staff, to ensure excellent patient care.
- Float to our other sites, including Columbus City and Keokuk locations, as needed.
- DDS or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental program.
- Licensure to practice in the State of Iowa.
- $50,000 in student loan repayment for two years of service and eligible for renewal.
- Salary $150,000 - $234,000 based on experience + production incentive.
- Reimbursement for your licensing and professional subscriptions.
- Eligibility for a $10k bonus each year of a 3-year contract and can continue to receive that bonus annually for up to 5 years.
- Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending available.
- 5-10 paid days + $3,000-$4,000/year for continuing education.
- 20-28 PTO days per year.
- 7 paid holidays.
- 403b retirement plan – 4% of salary plus 1% additional if employee contributes 2%.
- 457 plan eligible.
- FTCA Malpractice Insurance.
