Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Food Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house team, working closely with servers, cooks, and other associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support servers and other associates in ensuring guest satisfaction and accuracy of orders
  • Organize and present menu items according to Silver Diner standards
  • Communicate effectively with the Heart of House team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Silver Diner's high standards
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
