We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sleep Tech Trainee. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in monitoring patients while they sleep to help diagnose and evaluate treatment of sleep disorders.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of sleep medicine while being paid a competitive hourly rate. Upon successful completion of our training program, you will be offered a full-time position as a Sleep Technologist, starting at $23.00 per hour. With experience, your hourly rate will increase to $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients while they sleep to collect data on sleep patterns and disorders
  • Interact with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment
  • Participate in training and education programs to develop skills and knowledge in sleep medicine
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working overnight shifts
  • Patient care experience
  • Verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
