Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics & Repairs: Execute diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and associated technologies.
  • Customer Clinics: Facilitate or assist in customer clinics to improve client understanding and satisfaction.
  • Field Service: Conduct diagnostics and repairs in the field as necessary, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery.
  • Work Orders: Efficiently manage assigned work orders.
  • Documentation: Accurately document diagnostics and repairs on work orders with timely submissions.
  • Training: Enhance expertise and knowledge through ongoing Service Training programs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all required vehicles, tools, and equipment are well-maintained.
  • Work Environment: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy work area.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of developments in agricultural machinery and competitive products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in service repairs on off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy machinery.
  • Expertise in diesel or gas engine repairs is essential.
  • Experience in diesel engine rebuilds is preferred.
  • Possession of necessary tools for job responsibilities is required.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
