Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
