We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavior Developmental Strategies. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to our clients and their families.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior development strategies and providing in-home services to clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on targeted interventions, and effectively communicate with directors, supervisors, and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement adaptive skills training and strategic behavior interventions
  • Provide in-home services to clients and travel to client locations
  • Collect data on targeted interventions
  • Effectively communicate with directors, supervisors, and families
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must have ABA experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Spanish is a plus (but not required)
Essential Functions:
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to implement adaptive skills training and strategic behavior interventions
Compensation:

Behavior Therapist: Pay ranges between $19.00-$24.00 depending on experience, qualifications, and degree level.
