We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our auto service center, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot complex problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills to identify and repair vehicle issues.
- Inspect and repair various vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Promote teamwork and deliver excellent guest care during all operating hours.
- Maintain high standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping, using protective equipment when operating machinery and manual tools.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes.
- State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification.
