Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our apartment communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, including marketing, rent collection, and maintenance.
  • Screen prospective residents and ensure that our properties are filled with qualified tenants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on property performance and resident issues.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Two years of previous customer service experience.
  • Two years of previous property management experience.
  • Previous experience with property management software, such as Entrata.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Basic experience with MS365, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
