ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist fellow audio personnel, contractors, and volunteers to achieve the high standards of Passion.
  • Mix audio for events and/or Sunday services as assigned.
  • Ensure that Passion stages are prepared, connected, and ready for shows punctually and with excellence.
  • Maintain all audio systems in a clean, organized, updated, and functional condition.
  • Stay informed about updates to all relevant audio equipment.
  • Collaborate with fellow audio team members on system upgrades and expansions.
  • Participate in ongoing education opportunities related to audio technology.
  • Enhance skills by regularly attending concerts and other live events for inspiration.
  • Serve at requested Passion gatherings, events, and tours.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and all-day Sunday.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee volunteers and contractors.

REPORTS TO

Production Team Director.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has two to four years of experience in live event production or an equivalent combination of experience.
  • Can quickly assess multiple scenarios to determine the best possible outcome.
  • Thrives in dynamic situations and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
  • Is eager to learn about audio systems and technologies.
  • Can execute plans based on limited information.
  • Is motivated by resolving details and challenges.
