Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our Benefits Experience and Technology (BXT) team. As a member of this team, you will work on building tools to improve our benefits administration process, making it more seamless for Amazonians.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy software applications using AWS technologies
- Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and managers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in the design and technology selection for new benefits platforms
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of software systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Preferred qualifications include experience with full software development life cycle and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
