Dishwashing Specialist

We are a family-owned and operated business with 14 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. We pride ourselves on providing quick, reasonably priced, and freshly prepared meals in a family-friendly environment.

We are seeking an experienced Dishwasher to maintain sanitation and prepare prepped items according to our company recipes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring health code guidelines are met and inventory is managed effectively.

• Bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas to ensure clean availability.
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
• Unloading and storing deliveries, maintaining cleanliness throughout the process.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event of spills or broken items.
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with tasks as needed.
• Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on grilling, is preferred.
• The ability to stand for long hours and willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
• A thorough understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Level-headedness and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to producing high-quality outputs and delivering excellent customer service.
• The ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Salary Estimate: $25,000 - $35,000 per year based on location and experience.
