Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/HR Assistant to join our team at West Hawaii Concrete Defunct. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and HR-related tasks, including reconciliations, data entry, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily point of sale paperwork for aggregate and concrete sales using JWS and Command Batch.
  • Verify product pricing and communicate with dispatchers as needed.
  • Maintain daily point of sale files and reports.
  • Create and record daily cash and electronic deposits for all locations.
  • Assist customers with account questions and concerns.
  • Perform duties as a Scale Operator for Waimea or Kona scale houses.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Cash handling experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a construction industry setting.
  • Accounts receivable experience.
  • Payroll experience.
