Job Summary

Saint Joseph London is a 150-bed regional hospital located in London, Kentucky, offering the latest technology and nationally ranked award-winning services. As a CT Technologist PRN Varied, you will perform computed tomography and diagnostic scans, obtaining patient history and explaining routine procedures. This role requires maintaining patient records and files, performing general CT procedures, and assisting with CT-guided IVR procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care in accordance with Radiologist's expectations and protocols.
  • Support and report any identified compliance matters.
  • Participate in hospital and department quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional development and education for technical competency.
  • Use standard precautions and PPE at all times.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and licensure for the current position.
  • Attend all CHI Saint Joseph Health required educational programs and Learn modules.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation and monitoring of the department and utilize resources efficiently.
  • Demonstrate complete working knowledge of equipment within the assigned area.
  • Knowledge and performance of the Code of Conduct Standards.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Possess and maintain certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Possess and maintain certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • State of Kentucky License required.
  • BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.
